With his background as a psychotherapist and organizational consultant, Dr. Hall brings his relational expertise and a deep understanding of people and the change process to his work in coaching leaders and executives. He emphasizes each client’s unique developmental journey, strengths, and organizational context, bringing benefit to both the leader and organization.
Informed by a relational and strengths-based approach to coaching, Dr. Hall believes the relational and spiritual development of the leader is the foundation for effectiveness. In his coaching sessions, he creates an empathic and supportive environment that provides the structure for clients to create and engage in their own change process, and experience personal and spiritual renewal. Dr. Hall helps clients lead from their strengths, and develop the emotional intelligence and relational competencies that are foundational for effective leadership.
