As the evidence for the link between talent and effectiveness grows, businesses and social sector organizations are increasingly recognizing the importance of assessing and managing talent and leadership.

There is now a significant business case for how emotional intelligence (EI) and employee engagement contribute to the bottom line of businesses and the effectiveness of social sector organizations. Emotional intelligence is foundational for the four basic needs of followers recently identified by the Gallup Organization: trust, compassion, stability, and hope. Gallup also found a sixfold increase in the chance that employees are engaged at work when they trust the company’s leaders.

Dr. Hall helps organizations assess the level of employee engagement and their leaders’ emotional intelligence. He then works closely with leaders in using this information to facilitate a strategic plan to improve and track leader EI and employee engagement.
